nCoil collects the details you provide when requesting an account, booking appointments, or contacting our team. We use them to verify your email, manage appointments, provide services, and respond to you.

Verification requests expire after 24 hours. Customer accounts are created only after successful email verification and password selection. Passwords are stored as hashes. Your account displays only your own appointments and service records.

Account and appointment information is stored on nCoil’s server. Email delivery uses our configured email provider, and Cloudflare handles the connection to this website. This website uses necessary session and security cookies; it does not use advertising trackers.

To ask about your data or request correction or deletion, contact [email protected]. We may need to retain service records where required for business or legal purposes.
